Therapy for new dads in Chicago.

You know that issue you've been avoiding? You know, that elephant-in- the-room-type thing you've spent years trying not to think about. Whatever that thing is, it's holding you back. If you're ready to go there and get unstuck, I'm your guy.

I understand that therapy can be daunting, and I'm here to help you through it. My approach to therapy is a combination of "archaeology" and "structural re-engineering." This means that together, we'll delve into the emotions that are still bothering you, despite your attempts to move past them. I want to help you stabilize the unhelpful coping mechanisms caused by these emotions and replace them with new, more effective ones. I'm here to support you every step of the way.

I understand that seeking therapy can be a vulnerable experience. That's why I take great care in crafting my therapy style, which draws from attachment theory, person-centered counseling, and third-wave behaviorism. I strive to build a strong therapeutic alliance with you so you can feel safe and comfortable being yourself. My ultimate goal is to help you live a life full of meaning and purpose. Remember, you're not alone in this journey, and I'm here to support you every step of the way.
